Features
- The Otis Instruments, Inc. Model OI-850 and OI-850-O2 Notis are stand alone gas monitors, each equipped with an Electrochemical Sensor.
- The key feature of the OI-850 and OI-850-O2 is non-intrusive calibration. With all adjustments made at the monitor, one-man non-intrusive calibration is quick, easy, and allows the device to remain Class I, Division 1, Group C and D certified while in the field. Non-intrusive calibration is made possible by using an Otis Instruments, Inc. distributed magnet to activate the MENU, ADD and SUB buttons.
- The OI-850 and OI-850-O2 both feature a 4-digit display and are equipped with two Normally Open 5 Amp alarm relays that are full-scale adjustable. The OI-850 and OI-850-O2 are powered by 12-24 Volts DC and include both 4 to 20mA and RS-485 RTU signal outputs.
- The OI-850 and OI-850-O2's flexibility—provided by the Electrochemical Sensor that grants the user the ability to specify which gas needs to be sensed—combined with various other features, makes the OI-850 and OI-850-O2 convenient and reliable tools that are suitable for a wide-range of gas-hosting environments.
