Fully portable and easily expandable, the MicroDock II requires no computer and provides simultaneous management of up to ten modules. The MicroDock II is an automated docking station for portable single gas and multi gas detectors from BW Technologies. The base station is the master unit responsible for recognizing, calibrating, testing, charging and event recording for each gas detector that is docked into a docking module.
Each base station can manage up to 10 different detectors in their own attached docked module, six of which can have charging built in. Supported products are:
* GasAlertMicroClip
* GasAlertMax XT
* GasAlertMicro 5 (including PID and IR models)
* GasAlertClip Extreme
* GasAlert Extreme
MicroDock saves valuable time and money by automating manual procedures. In addition, the MicroDock II ensures compliance - calibration and bump testing is done automatically with event logging and alarm set point verfication.
The MicroDock automates a number of important functions:
* Automatic bump testing of detectors
* Automatic calibration of detectors
* Automated management of event logs, calibration logs, etc
* Automated verification of alarm set points can be kept for each detector. Multiple stations can be networked together with a LAN/USB bridge.
NOTE: MicroDock II is a highly configurable product. Please call for pricing and part numbers. Calibration gas is sold separately. Each calibration gas requires its own gas flow regulator.
